The runaway cylinder liner tradition continues with the 4.6 liter engine.  The liners in the previous engines would sometimes drop down in their bores in the aluminum block, resulting in symptoms similar to head gasket failure. This was generally evident once the heads were off for gasket replacement.  The liners in the 4.6 tend to stay in place but if subjected to overheating will often lose their seal where they are pressed into the engine block.  This is far less obvious unless the block is pressurized and observed over time.  The photo below illustrates this condition.  Unfortunately, the remedy is an engine replacement.
Moral of the story: 
ADDRESS & CORRECT COOLANT LOSS AND/OR OVERHEATING CONDITIONS IMMEDIATELY.

If you drive a Discovery II you'll probably see this combination of warning lights.
Traction Control and Hill Descent are sub-systems of the Anti-lock Braking System, therefore any fault detected within the system illuminates all three warning lights.  They are sometimes referred to as "the 3 amigos" as they always appear together.  The most common faults are wheel speed sensor
(one at each wheel) and shuttle valve/switch failure.
