I have been working on British cars

since the introduction of the Jaguar V-12 in 1971.

I'll answer the phone when you call to discuss your needs; I'll perform

the work and I'll be the one you see when you pick up your car.

This makes for a bit less formal experience than you may encounter

elsewhere but minimizes the communication hazards that often

accompany visits to large repair shops or dealerships.
